Vik Muniz - Art from garbage...

From Brazil to the World, Vik Muniz is currently one of the most reputed plastic artist worldwide.

Soon, he has left Brazil and emigrated to the USA, more precisely to New York, where he lived around 30 years and. in the beggining, had to work in all kind of jobs (such as waiter or mechanic...) in order to survive.

His art consists basically in dialoguing with history of the art, reproducing icons from painting, design or sculpture, using the photography as a registereing tool and garbage!
